Return/Cancellation policy:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 30 days of the arrival of your item(s), and we will work to remedy your concerns. For physical items: If we are unable to fix the problem (and provided you contacted us during the refund period), please contact us for an RMA number, and return the item. We will refund your money. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping. Refunds to be predicated on the returned item being in the same condition as when it was shipped. For digital, downloadable items: We will work to make things right. Please note, however, that there are no refunds on downloadable items once an activation key has been sent.

Shipping policy:

Regarding purchases of books or other physical items: We try to ship within one business day from the time of purchase. We normally ship only to addresses within the United States. On occasion (by special request) we have arranged shipping to Canada, or the United Kingdom, or elsewhere. Contact us with questions. We usually ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the customer’s selected shipping options and payment provisions.

Regarding purchases of ebooks or other digital, downloadable items: The link (for downloading the digital item) will be provided either on our site, or by email sent immediately after purchase, or both. If there is need of an activation key to be sent by us, we try to email that within one business day from time of purchase.
